Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity (TCHFH) will build 24 townhouses over the next 3 years in this growing suburb. The plan is to build 8 townhouses each year and have the project completed in 2009. The new Twin Cities Habitat townhouses will be located in the Ramsey Town Center Gardens. This large project will mark the first time that TCHFH has built in the city of Ramsey.

TCHFH’s three-year strategic plan calls for three-quarters of new construction activity to occur in targeted suburban communities with job and population growth, access to multiple transportation modes and good schools. Between 2000 and 2006, Ramsey had a 28% job growth. The new Ramsey Town Center is in the works, and there are nearby parks, schools and trails.
