Red Oak Preserve, Oakdale

The Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority created a plan to turn a 20-acre manufactured home park into a 126-unit mixed-use development. The new Red Oak Preserve will combine different housing types and price points. It will include townhomes, single-family homes, senior housing, and affordable rental opportunities. Over the next two years, Twin Cities Habitat will construct four 5-unit rowhouses. The project is scheduled to begin in the late fall of 2007.
