Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity

Four homes on Goodrich Avenue in St. Paul were dedicated to families on January 27, 2007. The three single-family units and the twin home were built between 1870 and 1900. It was Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s (TCHFH) goal to restore and preserve the existing houses, while maintaining the character and architecture of this St. Paul neighborhood. The homes underwent extensive restoration by TCHFH, but no residing was necessary. The Goodrich homes are larger than average TCHFH homes, containing four or five bedrooms.
