Volunteer Service Description: Sales Assistants help provide quality customer service to shoppers by answering questions, helping shoppers locate specific merchandise and making sure they have a positive shopping experience at the ReStore.
Responsibilities:
- Be available to answer customer’s questions
- Provide high-quality customer service to all shoppers
- Assist shoppers with buying decisions when needed
Volunteer Impact:Volunteer will play a direct role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers and help make the ReStore successful. The profits from the sale of items at the ReStore will go directly back into the community by enabling TCHFH to build more homes and serve more families.
Age Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Skill Qualifications:Volunteers must have knowledge of building materials and/or construction experience in order to effectively assist customers.
Time Commitment:Volunteer hours will take place on weekdays between 9:00 and 6:00. We are looking for volunteers to commit to a minimum of one half day per week.
