Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity is pleased to be building for the first time in Washington County’s St. Paul Park.  Before Beverly Pawlik passed away last year she insisted that her sons use the land she owned in St. Paul Park to help those less fortunate than her. Her sons David and Jon sold the parcel of property on Hastings Avenue to TCHFH, where there is currently a twin home under construction. St. Paul Park will mark the 39th city in the seven-county metro to offer safe, decent and affordable home ownership opportunities through Twin Cities Habitat.
