skyrocketed from 14,540 in 1990 to 17,248 in 2000 (an
18.6% increase) making it the fastest growing of St. Paul's
17 neighborhoods.
Frogtown has a higher ratio of persons per available housing unit
(3.43 people per unit) than any other neighborhood in St. Paul.
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development
lists the average household income in Frogtown as $29,809, compared
to Ramsey County's median income of $45,722.
