Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity

The Goodrich homes were once part of an 18-unit rental housing project.  The interiors of the large homes had been divided to create rental units.  Twin Cities Habitat had to reverse these divisions that had been done within the homes.

The buildings were most recently owned by Goodrich Limited Partnership and the West Seventh/Fort Road Federation.  Twin Cities Habitat purchased the properties from the Partnership and the City of St. Paul.  The Federation will develop the remaining units and sell them at market rate.
