| ReStore reaches half million in sales |

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore recently surpassed its $500,000 gross sales goal. This early success couldn’t have taken place without the generous donations of new and like-new product received from individuals and corporations. The ReStore has been fortunate to benefit from from a wide range of donations in its year of existence. Everything from laminate flooring to cabinets and vanities have been sold to help another deserving family realize their dream of homeownership. In addition to revenue growth there has been a significant increase in volunteering at the ReStore. We are happy to report that we now have two regular volunteers and several more that have just started the orientation process. As word spreads and our customer base continues to grow there will be more exciting hands-on volunteer opportunities available. |
