Twin Cities Habitat President Sue Haigh announced the following new board members at Habitat’s annual meeting on February 21, 2006: Mark Anema, Randy Boser, Steve Fritze, Tom Naughtin, Darla O’Donnell, and Gerry Stenson. 

Mark Anema is Vice President of Strategic Planning at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. The organization recently committed $100 million to Habitat International through its “Thrivent Builds” initiative. 

Vice President of Business Development at Ameriprise Financial, Randy Boser has worked on eight Habitat homes over the last six years. For the last two years, he has been a crew leader on Ameriprise’s Habitat builds.   

Steve Fritze is Executive Vice President and CFO at Ecolab, Inc., which has been an active partner with TCHFH for several years, both as a financial sponsor and through the work of its employee volunteers. 

Tom Naughtin, Executive Vice President and Regional Retail Banking Director at Bremer Bank, has been a long-time advocate for affordable housing.  Bremer Bank has been a sponsor of Habitat’s “Raise the Roof” golf tournament.   

Darla O’Donnell, Vice President of Acquisition and Retention for Ovations/United Health Group, has worked in marketing and production management for 19 years with Clorox, SciMed/Boston Scientific, Pillsbury and US Bank.   

Gerry Stenson is Executive Vice President of Minnesota Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo, a long time partner of TCHFH. Wells Fargo will be the Lead Development Sponsor of eight Habitat homes at the Ripley Gardens project in Minneapolis.

"The new directors bring a wide range of experience and perspective to the board.  They will compliment our existing board - a group committed to helping Habitat transform communities by providing decent, affordable housing," said Haigh.
