In addition to the regular homebuilding activities throughout the year, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity also hosts special build projects – find out about Women Build, Youth United and the Entrepreneurs House.
Women Build
Twin Cities Habitat’s Women Build provides the opportunity for hundreds of area women to address the growing housing crisis in a very real way by coming together—as volunteers and donors—to build simple, decent homes with low-income families.
Youth United
Youth United mobilizes young people to sponsor and build a house with their local Habitat affiliate. Through Youth United, students gain a better understanding of their communities and poverty housing. All students are engaged in fund-raising, education and advocacy.
Entrepreneurs House
The Entrepreneurs House is a community service project for the Twin Cities entrepreneurial community. Companies, investment firms and other businesses in the Twin Cities have come together every year since 2003 to build a Habitat home.
