Green & Sustainable Practices
Green building, or sustainable development, incorporates economic, health, social and environmental benefits, creating a sustainable community. We Integrate building practices that reduce detrimental impacts on the natural environment, promote healthy indoor air quality for occupants, and reduce energy costs while increasing long-term affordability. Our sustainable practices align directly with our organization’s mission to provide safe, decent, and affordable homes.
