Creating and Preserving Homeownership

Building community for more than 25 years, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity offers programs for people in need of affordable homeownership opportunities and for current homeowners seeking to preserve their home.

The process of applying for a Habitat home begins with attending an orientation to learn whether you are eligible for the program. Serving the seven-county metro, we build and renovate affordable homes for sale to low-income families with Habitat’s zero percent mortgage. Habitat works with selected homebuyers, volunteers and staff to build quality homes and to prepare homebuyers for successful homeownership.
