women build volunteer opportunities

You are invited to participate in Women Build 2012!

We are currently recruiting volunteers to help on our A Brush With Kindness Project in mid-May.  Opportunities for the new home construction projects in North Minneapolis and St. Paul will be posted on VolunteerHub in early April.

   *  If you enjoy swinging a hammer or a paintbrush, sign up to be a General Volunteer. No previous construction experience is required.

   * If you have a bit (or a lot) of construction knowledge and are comfortable leading other volunteers, you'd make a great Crew Leader. A multiple-day commitment is required.

   * Do you love to cook? Would you like to make lunch for a group of hungry volunteers? Sign up to be a Lunch Provider!

We still have Team Leader days for both of the new homes we will be building this year.  A Team Leader reserves a day of the build, recruits a team of 15 construction volunteers, and raises $1,500 to support the day's work.
