Beyond all else, our highest priority is the health and safety of our entire Twin Cities Habitat community— staff, clients, volunteers, supporters, and all our neighbors across Minnesota.
As part of the Habitat family, you understand the power of community action. Thank you for your continued support during this time and for playing your part in promoting the well-being of our entire community. If it's within your capacity and you'd like to financially support Habitat through this difficult time, you can make a donation here.
Twin Cities Habitat is operating virtually until further notice. Our office staff are working remotely to virtually support clients' financial wellness and homebuying journeys, and to engage Habitat’s community of supporters to create, preserve, and promote affordable homeownership in the Twin Cities. Our field staff are working in small crews following strict safety protocols.

Current Habitat Homeowners
Habitat is here to support you. If you are experiencing a financial hardship due to COVID-19 and have concerns about paying your mortgage with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity or TCHFH Lending, Inc., please contact: AmeriNat at (800) 943-1988 or email@example.com or Bethany Nagan, Mortgage Portfolio Manager, at 612-305-7120 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We know some Habitat homeowners have received misleading offers to help with mortgage assistance or foreclosure prevention from other parties that are not Habitat. Some of you have also received calls offering to purchase your home. Please do not respond to these offers. Working directly with Habitat as your lender is your best option.

Most individual and group volunteer activities are suspended until further notice. Some volunteers will be invited back to site on June 15 by invitation only following strict safety protocols. Returning volunteers must complete a new volunteer orientation and sign an additional agreement form to participate.
This is a fluid situation and we are assessing our capacity for rescheduling volunteer groups. As soon as we can, we will share more information about future volunteer opportunities.
If you were planning to contribute your time as a volunteer, consider instead supporting our mission through an online donation today.
All in-person events are cancelled through July 31, with modifications for future events. See below for details on a few upcoming events. If you have registered for any of these events or others, we will contact you directly with more information about alternate plans.
Our ReStore Home Improvement Outlets are closed for shopping until further notice. We're making plans to reopen sometime in June. Sign up for our Hot Deals Email or check back here to learn when we will reopen.
ReStore has resumed donation pickups with additional safety protocols. The best way to schedule a donation pickup is to use the request pick up webpage. Select an available date and we will come and pick up your items. We appreciate you hanging on to your donation. Every donation is critical in making an impact on our community!
If you were planning to drop off donations to ReStore, please hold onto those items. We're working hard to assess when we can begin accepting donations at each store location.
If you were planning to shop at our ReStore during this time, consider instead supporting our mission through an online donation today.
Our office is closed to the public and staff until further notice.
These are uncharted waters and uncertain times, and we greatly appreciate your continued support, patience, and trust as we navigate this together.
Every day, you rely on people just like those who partner with us. Especially during this global emergency. Our clients are nurses, food service workers, bus drivers, airport employees. Some are seeing hours slashed or wages eliminated. Others are working double-time to keep our community safe. The effects of this crisis will have ripple effects for months to come.
In a time when very little is certain, you can help build stability and certainty for your neighbors with a gift to Habitat.
