This year, life feels uncertain for many of us, and owning a home feels more out of reach than ever. But it doesn't have to. Twin Cities Habitat is building 147 affordable homes at our largest-ever development: The Heights on St. Paul's Greater East Side. We kicked off construction last fall, and now, just one year later, the first Habitat families are preparing to move in. They will be celebrating the new year in homes they own!
We’ve made incredible progress at The Heights, but there’s still more to build. It's our largest and more ambitious project ever. Over the next several years, we’ll continue building toward our goal of 147 affordable homes in this vibrant, diverse neighborhood.
