TCHFH Lending Inc., a nonprofit subsidiary of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, welcomes new board members and new leadership on the executive committee. The new leaders join as Twin Cities Habitat builds significant momentum advancing its 2022 – 2027 Build Forward Together strategic plan and campaign, which focuses on expanding homeownership opportunities, advancing racial equity, and engaging the community.
The newly elected TCHFH Lending, Inc board members are:
• William Price, Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Project for Pride in Living
• Cecilia Stanton Adams, CEO, Stanton Adams Consulting
The TCHFH Lending Inc. Board executive committee includes Jonathan Sage-Martinson, Executive Director of LISC Twin Cities, as Chair (second term) and Kirstin Burch, Executive Director of PRG, Inc., as Vice Chair (first term).
Meet the Newest Board Members
Willam Price, Project for Pride in Living
William Price Sr. is an affordable housing and policy leader with extensive experience in housing finance and development. He currently serves as Senior Director of Real Estate Development at Project for Pride in Living, where he leads the planning and execution of impactful, community-centered housing initiatives and developments. Previously, William held roles at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and at Minnesota Housing. Throughout his career, he has advanced equitable development strategies and guided complex transactions supporting critically needed housing resources. William currently serves on the City of Burnsville’s Economic Development Commission.
Cecilia Stanton Adams, Stanton Adams Consulting
Cecilia Stanton Adams is CEO of Stanton Adams Consulting and an organizational development expert with over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, communication, and alignment. She has held senior leadership roles in higher education and corporate environments. Cecilia specializes in designing and facilitating learning experiences that build clarity, trust, and high-performing teams, and she is known for her ability to translate complex ideas into practical, people-centered strategies.
