Join Us for a Community Block Party!

Meet Me at The Heights is a community celebration hosted by Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and the Saint Paul Port Authority. The event brings together residents, partners, stakeholders and neighbors to celebrate the progress being made at The Heights and recognize the people and partnerships helping bring this transformational redevelopment to life.

Through food, music, family-friendly activities and community connection, attendees will have the opportunity to meet their new neighbors and celebrate key milestones, including the ribbon cutting for Phase 1 of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity's new homes at The Heights.

About the Development
The Saint Paul Port Authority and its partners are setting a new standard for eco-urban development with The Heights, a 112-acre redevelopment of the former Hillcrest Golf Club in the heart of Saint Paul’s Greater East Side.

Through the construction of 1,000 quality homes, 1.0 million square feet of light industrial space, and a carbon-neutral infrastructure, The Heights is creating a diverse and vibrant community designed to reach new heights in sustainable living and economic vitality.

Event Schedule

  • 5:30 p.m. – Community block party begins 

  • 6:40 p.m. – Ceremonial ribbon cutting 

  • 7:00 p.m. – Community celebration continues with food, dessert, entertainment, and family activities

  • 7:30 p.m. – Event concludes

Parking

Where to park:
Complimentary parking is available in the Xcel Energy parking lot, located adjacent to the event site. Event signage and volunteers will direct you from the parking area to guest check-in.

Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk to the event. Registration opens at 5:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. for current The Heights homeowners).
