Homebuilding - New Construction & Rehab
Sponsor the building and rehab of quality homes in partnership with low-income families and the community. We sell the homes with an affordable mortgage.
Recognition Levels & Benefits
For many of our neighbors, homeownership seems out of reach—your sponsorship and volunteerism helps keep home affordable for homebuyers.
As a sponsor, you create new homeownership opportunities by providing financial resources to help build or rehabilitate homes.
Note that benefits are cumulative. Volunteering is optional. You can work with an Engagement Associate to determine the right level of volunteerism for you.

These "take charge" traits also apply to Habitat homebuyers. That's what John Bergstrom, a co-founder of Entrepreneurs House, noticed when he first volunteered with Habitat. And that's how "E-House", as we affectionately call it, got started in 2003.

Local craft brewers are teaming up to raise funds to fully sponsor the construction of a new home in partnership with a local Habitat homebuyer.
