Twin Cities Habitat is currently building affordable homes in 17 communities across the seven-county metro. We recently broke ground on a new development in Minnetonka, and we'll keep building in Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Maplewood, Roseville, Woodbury, and more!

Twin Cities Habitat provides programming and coaching that gives local families the opportunity to achieve homeownership.
"I was paired with a coach who would check in, make sure I was on track, and give realistic advice for my situation," says homeowner Linda. "I saved, paid down some debt, and got everything in order".
Linda closed on a home in Cottage Grove, and her journey with Habitat hasn’t stopped. She appreciates check-ins from the Habitat team and attends homeowner events. "It feels good to have another support system in addition to my family," she says. "Nothing I could say can express how thankful I am that this is possible."

More than 30 families have moved into our largest-ever development at The Heights in Saint Paul. Neighbors are meeting neighbors, and families are beginning new chapters. What was once a construction site is becoming a community.
We still have additional homes to build at The Heights in the coming years, as well as impactful developments in Minnetonka and Prior Lake.
