More About the Development
We partnered with West Hennepin Affordable Housing Land Trust/Homes Within Reach and Mills Church to create new affordable homeownership opportunities in the Minnetonka Mills neighborhood.
Located at the corner of Baker Road and Inverness Road, the Mills Twinhomes development transforms 2.56 acres of underutilized land on the Mills Church campus into a thoughtfully designed community rooted in affordability, sustainability, and neighborhood connection.
