Rainbow Build

August 20-24 and August 27-31

Celebrate the diversity of our volunteers, community supporters and family partners by participating in Rainbow Build! Twin Cities Habitat partners with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Allied (LGBTQA) community to build together on a Habitat home.

No experience is necessary. Twin Cities Habitat provides all training, supervision, equipment and materials. Volunteers can sign-up for a single day or a multiple days; with friends or as individuals.

Entrepreneurs House

Tackling new challenges. Determined. Keeping your eyes on the prize.

Recognize yourself and your company?

These “take charge" traits also apply to Habitat homebuyers. That’s what John Bergstrom, a co-founder of Entrepreneurs House, noticed when he first volunteered with Twin Cities Habitat. And that’s how “E-House”, as we affectionately call it, got started in 2003.

Twin Cities Entrepreneurs House is a community service project where small and mid-tier companies make a big difference. With 40 or 50 businesses joining together, we can build a whole Habitat house for a family—for a lasting social contribution. This project also offers companies valuable team-building experiences and new avenues of communication among small businesses.

Global Village

In 2010, Twin Cities Habitat made a four-year commitment to allocate its tithe to financially support Habitat for Humanity’s work in Costa Rica and Haiti. While we continue to support these affiliates, Twin Cities Habitat also added a partnership with Habitat in Ethiopia in 2013. In addition to financial support, Twin Cities Habitat leads volunteer groups to build in tithe partner countries.  If you would like to be contacted when we start recruiting volunteers for these trips, please email globalvillage@tchabitat.org

Global Village Trips

Annual trips are planned to build in Ethiopia and Costa Rica. Please contact Noah at globalvillage@tchabitat.org to learn more about these opportunities.
