For more than 60 years, Presbyterian Homes & Services has served older adults in the Midwest. They currently offer dozens of senior living communities that provide stable housing for clients with a spectrum of incomes. PHS has been doing a lot of renovations of their properties in recent years, and has partnered with organizations like Twin Cities Habitat’s ReStore to donate materials they no longer need.
