Habitat 500: How I Got Started and Why I Ride Now
I’m not a serious cyclist and have never been, but I wouldn’t miss the Habitat 500 for anything.
A recent property donation from Joel J. Schwieters and John H. Schwieters will enable Twin Cities Habitat to build their first homes in the city of Hugo. Habitat will begin building the first of the townhome units in Spring of 2015.
Note: Renderings may not reflect actual constructed buildings.
As part of this new project, Habitat will be holding an Informational Session for residents from Hugo and surrounding communities to learn more about the townhomes. During the session, Twin Cities Habitat will be recruiting potential homebuyer applicants, as well as volunteers and donors.
The session will take place on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Oneka Room at Hugo City Hall (14669 Fitzgerald Ave N, Hugo, MN).
Your gift unlocks bright futures! Donate now to create, preserve, and promote affordable homeownership in the Twin Cities.
